Mission: Reconnecting Neighborhoods is a community planning process aiming to improve the crossings of I-94 between Seward and the West Bank for people walking, biking, and driving. The project focuses on the five main crossings of I-94 in the area: Cedar Avenue South, 20th Avenue South, the pedestrian bridge near 22nd Avenue South, 25th Avenue South, and Riverside Avenue. Redesign started the project in early 2017 with many partners:
